DO YOU OFFER SUPPORT?
Yes, we offer the best support around. You can speak to a friendly person easily and quickly. Reporting faults is simple and easy.
HOW DO I REPORT A FAULT?
You can complete the contact form, give us a call, pop us an email or sms our dedicated fault reporting line. Check out our contact page.
WHY IS YOUR SERVICE THE BEST?

HOW AM I BILLED?
Our internet and VoIP packages are billed monthly and deducted via debit order.
AM I LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT?
No, you can cancel at any time by giving 30 days notice without any penalty fees – if you want to that is. We have such great service and internet connections that we doubt you will want to cancel.
CAN I CHANGE MY PACKAGE?
Yes, you absolutely can. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Just pop us an email and your service will be changed within 24 hours (usually sooner).
WHAT IS WIRELESS INTERNET?
Wireless internet is an internet connection that does not need a phone/ADSL line. It works by sending and receiving signal through dishes, sectors and antennae. A wireless internet network works like a cellphone network. It is faster and more reliable than ordinary internet connections.
HOW DO I START?
Simply sign up online or contact us. We will arrange a signal test to ensure that the wireless network adequately covers your home or business (if not, then we will look into getting you covered). We need to get a completed sign up form and signed debit order mandate. We will then schedule an install. As soon as the installation is complete you will be connected. Easy.
HOW LONG BEFORE I AM CONNECTED?
Between 1 and 7 days. Depending on day of the week, strength of signal and stock of equipment. We will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
