No, you can cancel at any time by giving 30 days notice without any penalty fees – if you want to that is. We have such great service and internet connections that we doubt you will want to cancel.
Yes, you absolutely can. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Just pop us an email and your service will be changed within 24 hours (usually sooner).
Wireless internet is an internet connection that does not need a phone/ADSL line. It works by sending and receiving signal through dishes, sectors and antennae. A wireless internet network works like a cellphone network. It is faster and more reliable than ordinary internet connections.
Simply sign up online or contact us. We will arrange a signal test to ensure that the wireless network adequately covers your home or business (if not, then we will look into getting you covered). We need to get a completed sign up form and signed debit order mandate. We will then schedule an install. As soon as the installation is complete you will be connected. Easy.
Between 1 and 7 days. Depending on day of the week, strength of signal and stock of equipment. We will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
